Summary: The Employee Support Coordinator Assistant will provide Assistance with follow up employment retention services to employees. The Employee Support Coordinator II will be responsible for:
1. Assisting Employee Support Coordinator with Employee Retention Services
2. Assisting in Office Administration
3. Assisting in Employee Intake
4. Assisting in Employee support Follow ups
5. Assisting in preparation for employees’ timecards/schedules
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned
• Conducts daily tracking of employees
• Assisting in supporting current CRCD Enterprises employees’ transition to regular employment
• Assisting in filing, typing, scanning, and coping company documents
• Assist with fulfilling grant and contract requirements for the program
• Participate in program evaluation process

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience and certified in Office Administration.
Language – Demonstrated ability to:

• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Salary:
This is a full-time, nonexempt position with an annual salary wage range starting at 18.00 per/hr. (Based on experience)
